Three years ago when these photos are taken, I could just confidently go out without any trace of make-up on not even lipstick and just use sunnies to cover my eyes if I want to. However lately this trick isn’t effective anymore.

I’m growing up or should I just accept the fact and blatantly say getting old? This year, I’ll be in my mid 20s and I can definitely see the changes from my digestion to my skin. When you are younger, you could just easily say, “thanks to my genes”. But now.. I still do go out without make-up on but I try my best to fix myself especially when meeting business-related people. Anyway, I’m blabbering too much let’s just move on to my tips and beauty routine aside from the usual “clean, tone and moisturize”, drink water, sleep early, and all that clichés, I’m using:

1. Dr.Ci:Labo BiZenShoku
It contains 30 dried and powdered ingredients including brown rice, black rice, millet, barley, kale, barley grass, vitamin C and collagen, flavouring (sesame kinako), among many others. I’ve just tried it today so I can’t tell the effects yet but I’m hoping this could help my digestion problems. It could also be used as a diet helper but I’m definitely not taking it for that purpose. I’ve been really sick last year but I’m not comfortable sharing all the personal details yet. Maybe once I am, I’ll blog it.

2. DHC Vitamin B MIX
According to Cosme, “this general supplement is rich in vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, etc.” Like Dr. Ci:Labo BiZenShoku, I’ve just started using this today thus I don’t know the results yet. DHC is a trusted beauty brand in Japan so I didn’t think twice getting this. I’ve also tried DHC collagen drink before and I really liked the berry taste compared to Shiseido’s collagen drink.

Since I’m breaking out really bad lately, I went to a Japanese dermatologist in Ebisu and she suggested me to use sunscreen and foundation every single day to protect my skin from the harmful rays of the sun. I can’t do the latter but I apply sunscreen almost every day and this the brand that I chose. I like it because it’s not sticky which the number one thing I detest about the other brands.

4. TSURURI Ghassoul Mineral Clay Pack
I just got this from Loft when I was using for a Clay Pack, if I have more choices, I would want to get the one from Trilogy though. Tsururi is fine though, it somehow closes my pores after use.

5. SKIN FOOD Fresh Aloe Pack
My friend gave me this as a present when she visited Korea and she said she liked it because it’s organic. I’ve also read somewhere that aloe is really good for our body. So I recommend aloe drinks and whatnots.

Other things I’ve tried, liked and might use again in the future: Shiseido Collagen and Skin White and Shu Uemura Tsuya Skin (recommended for winter). I’ll update you guys next month about BiZenShoku and DHC Vitamin B MIX. If you want to read more about these products, I “require” you  to read it in cosme.     Sharing mine! 🙂 Had to go through lots of skincare / beauty products during my early blogging years, and nakasama siya sa skin! :p Anyway, monthly facials lang ang napanindigan ko, the rest (daily rituals) hindi na ako masyado mabusisi. :p

    Your skin is still really nice though!! But I agree it's different now since we're getting older huhu. Right now I'm using Hada Labo products for toning and moisturizing! Some people say it's just so-so but it's good for me because I don't get breakouts + my skin became somewhat bouncy na ulit. It used to be so dry before, ngayon medyo ok na.

    For tips.. I recommend drinking a lot of water!! I read this article where this woman started drinking 2-3 liters of water a day tapos her skin became sooo nice after a month lang. I can't do it YET because I keep forgetting but I'm trying!! :))
