Marcia Adams’ Tuscany

Hi guys! Welcome to “How I Spent My Weekend Post”. I’m wearing AA jumper, Topshop shorts and Parisian heels. Last Sunday, we drove to Alfonso, Cavite in search for Marcia Adams’ Tuscany. I’ve also been to Alfonso last, last weekend to comeback for Lime And Basil (a restaurant 5 minutes away from Marcia Adams’). Since I’m kind of always in Alfonso, I’m thinking.. Should I live here instead? Haha If I could, I definitely would. Personally, I hate crowded places. But I also love Manila for convenience. Though if I have a choice I would buy a huge lot in Alfonso and build a tiny house in the middle of a wild garden like Marcia Adams’. Such a dreamy place to be honest!Relaxing greensPretty interiors
Good food and ambienceWhat else could you wish for?We were seated at “Greece”. So happy that it was designed with a blue restroom door and a pot of my favourite HYDRANGEAS! Much delight!!! If you follow my instagram, you’ll know how much I love hydrangeas. So happy even if it’s just a pot..
Aldrin JustinAldrin and Daphne (my closest college buddies) – We’ve been friends for over 10 years now!Amalfi PrawnsAmalfi Prawns – crispy and succulent sea prawns marinated in salt, pepper, olive oil, coated with bread crumbs and pan-fried. I super recommend this dish, it’s actually my fave among all the food we ordered.
Their carbonara was made with duck eggs thus the taste. It’s also good and very filling. I’m not a heavy eater so I suggest to have this dish for sharing.  For dessert, my friends had lavender crème brûlée while I ordered panna cotta with lemon jelly. I liked theirs’ more. I usually order mango panna cotta whenever a restaurant have it in their menu but here, I didn’t really liked the lemon jelly which has both sweet and sour taste. I’ll order  lavender crème brûlée next time! Justin and IOf course ending this post with a close-up of hydrangeas.. Wish I live in/near Alfonso.
