CONS

❌ Heater in the shower is broken? There’s no hot water

❌ Heated pool (it’s hot when we swam so it was fine but just in case you’re looking for heated pool..)

❌ Breakfast is so-so (for me). You can skip it or pick the room without breakfast if you’re booking via agoda or any third party booking site

❌ When we arrived last Monday, the staff said that the pool was under maintenance so we weren’t able to avail any of the amenities until the next day

We booked via agoda and it was more expensive than direct booking pala so make sure you call them first to compare rates. Overall, it was a fun stay! I’m happy that I get to have my eyelashes done while the kids are just staying in the hotel 💜🥹
