8 Tips When Traveling with Kids 💛

Sharing some tips that helped us when traveling with kids ❣️

We would always park at the airport.

Here in Clark, it’s not super convenient since it’s a 5-10 minute walk (depends how fast or slow you walk with your kids) without a shade.

That made our life easier. If not… maybe you can book a grab car or a driver?

Bring a small trolley as a hand carry.

You can make your toddler ride it if it’s sturdy and of course you can put their books, toys and snacks inside. It’s more organize than bringing a huge bag and throwing everything inside. You may do that too though.. I’m sure we all have that “mommy bag”.

Give them the window seat.

My kids are so happy whenever they get to sit by the window. They will enjoy the take off and landing views for sure!

Feed them while take off and landing.

My friend Ava gifted me with the best breastfeeding cover that I’ve ever tried. It’s a Milk Easy x Little Buco nursing cover that has a wiring on top so if your babies are like my babies who like to look around. This is the best since it has a breathable top area for them.

Bring a baby carrier and / or a stroller.

Now that we have 3 kids under 5 years old.. an extra hand will surely help!

Some strollers can fit the overhead bin so that would be perfect if you have infants.

Always have snacks and a water bottle in your bag.

You’ll never know when they’ll be suddenly hungry or if your flight would be delayed. During our last trip to Boracay, the plane was 2 hours delayed luckily we flew from Clark Airport and there are two cafés there so we just dined in but if not.. surely the snacks will help my two kids.

Cuddle them when you can.

Traveling can be daunting to little kids so if you can help them ease that, they’ll feel more relaxed too.

Enjoy!

Traveling with kids is physically tiring so don’t forget to enjoy and savor the moment! They’re only young for a while.
