Visiting Avida’s new showroom at Ayala Malls Manila Bay reminded me so much of my Taft Life back in college 💜 Studying and living around Taft area seems more engaging with Avida’s new property Centralis Towers. I can definitely see how good it is to invest in a unit there as it is surrounded with many different universities. If my sons decided to study in Taft like we did, Avida will be our top choice 💯
