Hidden Gem airbnb: Pine Suites Tagaytay 💎

My husband found this hidden gem house rental in Tagaytay last week.

Since kids are allowed to go out now, we decided to take them out to Tagaytay. My husband booked this room for two nights at Pine Suites Tagaytay for an affordable price. Click here and here (for our exact booking link). (Not an affiliate link)

Love at first sight! Aki fell inlove with the playground 😍 It’s just two slides but he’s there every time we go out. He’s also asking if we can have it on our new house haha

My fave is the over all atmosphere of the place (I feel like I was transported somewhere else) and the pool of course! At night, it was breezy in Tagaytay last week. It feels so nice! The pool has an additional charge of ₱150 (per adult pax/ 2 hours per day). Kids are free!

We swam around 2:30 – 3:30 pm so we’re the only group in the pool. Just the two of us for an hour and by 3:30, the other groups went in as well so we left na din.

Look at that happy face! 😁

I’ll be sharing the pros and cons of the room and the place over all after staying 2 nights and 3 days.

Pros

It’s budget friendly! Perfect for us mamshies! It’s only around 2k for the room per night.

Cons

The studio room is too small for us. It has a double bed and a single bed sized futon. I have to say it’s rather uncomfortable to sleep here.

Pros

Since we stayed on weekdays (Wednesday to Friday), there were less people in the pool. The two times we went in for swimming, we were the only ones there.

Cons

There’s an extra fee of ₱150 per pax per day for adults. Imagine if we used the pool for 3 days. That’s an additional ₱900 on top of the room rate.

Pros

The room we rented has a complete kitchen appliances and cutleries. They have microwave oven and a mini refrigerator which is good! We also ordered via grabfood and I must say, it is very convenient. It is also 0.9km from Balay Dako and 1.5km away from Farmer’s Table, both are very popular restaurants now in Tagaytay so expect long lines during peak hours

Cons

The Wi-Fi is not so strong in this area but we are able to watch Netflix on their TV.

Overall, we loved our stay and we would come back again. Maybe, we will booked another room and not this one we stayed in since they have a small bed which is understandable for the price.
